I went in to replace my existing hearing aids. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill of the technician. He was very friendly yet professional.

Jeremy has just explained to me the wonderful pluses to my new hearing aides. He has worked with me to improve my old hearing aides over the years. He has been wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable and a gifted teacher. A very pleasant person.

Dad was having problems with his hearing aid. The staff took him back and examined his ears, and let him see what they were looking at. They clearly explained what the issue was and offered a solution to the problem. They have been very good to work with. Recommend!
