My hearing aids were really nothing me and my ear canals would hurt even after I removed them. I had complained to the previous technician that made a few changes without success. So I quit wearing them. My warranty was almost up so I decided to go back into the office and Antonia Stewart was the new technician. I explained how I was not wearing my hearing aids because of the pain and she redid my measurements and quickly made changes. Amazing. No more pain. She also checked my hearing and made changes and I can hear so much better. If you have been hesitant about follow-up, please see Antonia. She does a great job.
